Dental Insurance
As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company for you. Most insurance plans allow the direct assignment of benefits to our office. We accept assignment, and your out of pocket expense will only be what insurance does not cover. This can include co-payments, deductibles, and costs beyond your yearly maximum. Your portion is payable on the day services are rendered.
Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers to your first visit.
Medical Insurance
Some oral surgery procedures, such as biopsies, may be covered in part by medical insurance rather than dental insurance. Please bring your medical insurance card as well, so our team can check which coverage applies to your treatment.
Treatment Estimates
You will receive a quote before treatment is scheduled, including what we expect your insurance to cover. Insurance estimates are not a guarantee of payment. If your insurance company pays less than expected, the remaining balance is your responsibility.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept several forms of payment for any portion of treatment not covered by insurance. Please call our office to confirm the payment methods we accept.
We also offer patient financing through CareCredit, which is a health care finance program to help provide you with resources to meet your dental needs.
